Ricardo "Rick" Constancio Estrella, 71, of Kailua, a retired central supply technician for Castle Medical Center and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Vallejo, Calif. He is survived by wife Shirley Joyce, daughters Andre'a Estrella and Elena Richardson, brother Ernesto "Ernie" De Peralta, sister Dorothy Beisen and two grandchildren.
