79Charmaine Kahaunani Anae "Mainey" Fernandez, 50, of Ewa Beach, a former clerk-typist for the Consumer Advocacy Division, state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, a former usher for the city Department of Auditoriums and a homemaker, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Myron, sons Evan and Maika, daughters Casey and Melia, mother Beatrice-Pauahi Anae, brothers Richard and Paul Anae, and sister Jessica "Jessy" Ah Loo.
