73Doris Tsugie Oato, 92, of Waialua, a retired employee of the Department of Education School Food Services Branch, died in Waialua. She was born in Kalihi. She is survived by son Kenneth K.; daughters Sandra S. Oato, Mary Ann Y. Proctor and Marsha M. Toyama; sisters Mildred Yoshikawa and Betty Matsuura; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
