Laurel Ann Spencer Forsythe, 52, of Elkhart, Ind., died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Benjamin Black, daughters Isabella and Sophia, and brother Robert Spencer. Services held in Elkhart. Flowers welcome. Donations suggested to the Salvation Army.
