Allen Kazuto "Katch" Ogawa, 81, of Kapaau, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii County mechanic, plumbing contractor and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in North Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife An Yong; sons Francis, Alden and Calvin; brother Wallace; and a grandchild. Private services.
