73Richard C. "Buster" Proctor, 58, of Wahiawa died in Honolulu. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by wife Becky; sons Richard K. and Jared K.; daughter Reannan M.; parents Charles Proctor and Beverly Higa; brothers Andrew Proctor, Ben Ventura, and Darryl and Benjy Terakina; sisters Beverly Rivero, Debbie Cerny, Jadelyn Mathias, Terilyn Kahiamoe, Olana Bullard, Ronnette Lankford and Reanette LaCuesta; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11 a.m.
