Robert George Smith, 78, of Waima-nalo, a retired baker from Alexander Young Hotel Bakery and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Lorraine V.; sons George, Roy, Clayton and Allen; daughter Sharon Naipo; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Thursday at St. George Catholic Church, Waimanalo. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
