75Dr. Joan Junko Takeuchi Kawakami, 88, of Honolulu, a retired physician, died in Honolulu. She was born in Osaka, Japan. She is survived by daughters Esther L. Kawakami-Williams and Irene Yamamoto, stepdaughter Alice J. Kawakami, four grandchildren and a step-grandchild. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Wesley United Methodist Church.
