Emma Manauaokalani Kaawakauo, 87, of Honolulu, a state Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, employee, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by brother Elias Jr. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Saturday at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
