75Fuku Yokoyama Tsukiyama, 89, of Honolulu, a retired director of volunteers for Kuakini Medical Center, died at home. She was born in Salinas, Calif. She is survived by husband Ted T., sons Paul T. and Timothy K., daughter Sandra A., brother Wako Yokoyama, sister Hisako Okabayashi and five grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Sunday at Harris United Methodist Church. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
