79Bradley Herbert Kawika "The Mayor" Halliwell, 54, of Kailua-Kona, a commercial fisherman and professional surfer, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Boise, Idaho. He is survived by daughters Kahealani Kahookaulana, Kawehelani Adlawan, Kanolani Alcordo, Leona Angel, and Brandi and Brianna Halliwell; mother Jody-Leilani Fleming; stepmother Gloria Fleming; brother Keahi Fleming; sisters Lian Nazara and Maile Lei Gagliardi; stepbrothers Kelly Fleming and Walter and Robin Amarino; stepsisters Terri Mae Tanaka and Chanel Atoa-Williams; and four grandchildren. Celebration of life: noon Sept. 27 at Living Stones Church, 76-6224 Alii Drive, Kailua-Kona. Casual attire.
