Hiromi "Skeeter" Tsutsumi, 92, of Hilo, a retired vice president and general manager for Parts Center Hawaii and an Army Military Intelligence Service veteran who served in World War II, died in Pohai Malama. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by sons Mark and Jay, daughter Cheryl Kubo, brothers Atsushi and Hardy, and sisters Nora T. Abe, Yasue Matsui, Ann F. Kasashima and Geraldine I. Hatada. Private services. In lieu of flowers and monetary offerings, donations suggested to Hospice of Hilo.
