81Rey Ferdinand Quebral, 48, of Kailua, a retired archaeologist and a social studies and history teacher, died in Honolulu. He was born in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Rona Ikehara-Quebral; sons Ripley and Ricky; brothers Ernesto Jr., Max and Mario; and sisters Rosy Gaoiran, Isabel Kang, Maria Ornellas and Gin Howard.
