James J. "JB" Utsugi, 86, of Aiea, an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by wife Fay M., son James J. Jr., daughter Lyn M., sister Janet Yamamura and four grandchildren. Visitation: 5:15 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
