73Emilia Canosa "Miling" Cabanglan, 87, of Waianae died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by sons Reynaldo, Oscar and Valentino; daughters Teresita Uhirg, Ofelia Briliantes and Thelma Cabanglan; 17 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Private services.
