80Joseph Alfred Galvan, 64, of Waianae died in Honolulu. He was born in Sacramento, Calif. He is survived by sons Joseph A. Jr. and Scott L.; daughter Brandi Howell-Galvan; brothers Fredrick E., Monte J.J. and Shannon Doah M.; sisters Bellana Vickey R., Deborah E.A. and Lena Darlena; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
