77Scarlett O'Hara Bill, 74, of Kailua-Kona, an entertainer and dance teacher, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in New York. She is survived by husband Jim Bill, son Lancelot Bill-O'Hara, daughter Turandot Kaplan, brother Charles O'Hara and a grandchild. Graveside services: 9 a.m. Thursday at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery.
