73Walter "Wally" Bisano, 57, of Lihue died in Lihue. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by companion Pam Jardin, brother Cedric and sister Kathy McGarvey. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Queen's Pond. Celebration of life to follow at MacArthur Park, Kekaha Beach.
