74Anthony Peter "Tony" Scarpelli, 58, of Kapolei, a project engineering and planning manager at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and a Navy veteran, died at home. He was born in Chicago. He is survived by wife Cecilia D.C., sons Angelo and Jonathan, daughters Cheryl Ann and Danielle, brothers Alfred and Samuel, sister Karen and two grandchildren.
