Randall Joseph Revilla Sr., 68, of Kaneohe, a retired insulator and an Army veteran, died in Waimanalo. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by wife Sheree, sons Randall Jr. and Reid, daughters Richelle Huihui and Shayna Tevanga, brothers John Jr. and Larry, sister Stephanie Wreath and 12 grandchildren.
