81Juliet Lam Cavaco, 90, of Honolulu, a custodian, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons James, Maurice, Stephen, John and Matthew; daughters Yvonne Cavaco, Annette Holts, Mary "Pauly" Kekumu and Carleen "Cookie" Schrader; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
