Betty Valente, 82, of Pipersville, Pa., formerly of Hawaii, died in Pipersville. She was born in Urania, La. She is survived by daughters Teresa Syslo and Margaret Sison; brother Kenneth Boyett; five grandchildren, including caregiver Nova Sain; and 11 great-grandchildren. Private services.
