Blanche Tomoye Mandawe, 85, of Honolulu, a retired medical secretary at Tripler Army Medical Center, died in Maluhia Long Term Care Health Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Floro "Flo"; sons Larry, Steven and Tony; sister Masuye "Machan" Hew; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
