Richard Yee Choon Pang, 89, of Kailua, a federal government nuclear planner estimator and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Raymonde J., son Patrick J., sister Bertha Awa and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. John Vianney. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
