Charlie M. Farr, 92, of Kailua, a retired Amfax civil engineer, retired Army colonel and a church organist, died in Kailua. He was born in Mansfield, Texas. He is survived by wife Donna, sons Greg and Steve, daughter Cynthia Farr-Dunn, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
