81Dewey Kumukoa Allen, 87, of Honolulu, a retired chief investigator for the City and County of Honolulu prosecutor's office, retired head of security for Aloha Airlines and a former chief of police for the Kauai Police Department, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Kevin, brother Leibert, sister Elaine and two grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Oct. 19 at St. Peter's Episcopal Church. Services: 5 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
