Joseph Katsuto Sugano, 95, of Aiea, a retired federal government employee and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife May, son Lloyd, daughter Gail, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
