Roy Sotoku Shimabukuro, 84, of Honolulu, a retired SSFM International engineer and an Army veteran, died in Hi'olani Care Center at Kahala Nui. He was born in Makawao, Maui. He is survived by son Scott K.; daughters Sandra J. Shimabukuro-Buysse and Jill C. Palmer; brothers Stanley and Donald; sisters Helene Miyashiro, Jane Nakama and June Ono; and seven grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
