Howard Edward Williams Jr., 68, of Aiea, an AMSEC welder and pipefitter, and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in New York. He is survived by sons Marcus S. and Troy J., daughter Sarah Johnson and two grandchildren. Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Donations suggested to Wounded Warriors Project.
