James Edwin Bernard Bailey, 87, of Lihue, a retired Navy veteran and Pearl Harbor rigger, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Sayre, Okla. He is survived by sons Raymond and Thomas Bailey, Darryl Diamond and Mark Asuncion; daughters Jamie Ouderkirk, Kayla Bailey, Carol Gouveia, Sheila Andrade and Cheryl Obrero; brother Bo; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private services.
