75Ethel Mitsuko Higa, 73, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired waitress, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by son Frank Mitsumura, brother Leslie Nishihara and sisters Shirley Matsunaka, Jean Sindt, Sharon Yamamoto, Helene Carvalho and Cindy Takimoto. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
