79Tokino "Velma" Sugimoto, 96, of Honolulu, co-proprietor of Route Van Dry Goods in Kohala, Hawaii, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Kohala. She is survived by sons Warren and Irvin, daughters Karen Mitsui and Paulette Alexander, sisters Michino Umamoto and Kisayo Yoshida, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
