81Wayne Tui Uta Sr., 45, of Hilo, a life skills specialist, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Carrie Leialoha; sons Wayne Jr. and Chase Uta, and Chance Walls-Uta; daughters Nicole, Shanalei and Shawntay Uta-Halemano, and Spice Monteville; stepdaughters Pomai, Anuhea and Nanea Leialoha; brothers Albert, Hiram and Potasi Jr.; sister Mabel; hanai sister Mauna Kekua; and 10 grandchildren. Celebration of life: noon Saturday at Middle Park, Waianae. Casual attire.
