Shirley Miyako Tada, 69, of Honolulu, a retired HFM FoodService employee, died in Honolulu. She was born in Haina, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Michael, Bert and Robert; daughter Candace; brothers Harry, Ernest, Raymond, Edward and Mervin Hasegawa; sister Barbara Kang; and a grandchild.
