Norma Parel Park, 62, of Katy, Texas, died in Houston. She was born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by husband Sang Yong; son Francis; daughters Elizabeth and Jo Anne; brothers Fred, Melchor and Edgar Parel; and sisters Teresita Ferrer and Helen Parel. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the mortuary. Services: 10:15 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
