Richard Kiyoshi "Dickie" Watai, 64, of Honolulu, a City Mill employee and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Dr. Travis K., daughter Crystal K. Morimoto, mother Jean Y., brothers Thomas S. and Harry T., sisters Mildred T. Nakashima and Jo-Ann T. Kok, and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Service: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
