83Justin Keoni Makio Kamahele Hirae, 21, of Hilo, a midshipman second class at Iowa State University ROTC Navy, died in Iowa. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by mother Christy, stepfather Troy Amaral, brother Jordan, stepbrothers Garrett and Blake Amaral, and grandmothers Puanani Mukai and Corliss Hirae. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Celebration of life: 10 a.m.
