Lewis Augustine Thomas, 65, of Waialua, a civil service retiree and a Navy veteran, died. He was born in Denver. He is survived by mother Sarah Lee, a brother and three sisters. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Saturday at North Shore Christian Fellowship. Aloha attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to National Kidney Foundation of Hawaii.
