David Arthur Lerps, 83, of Kailua, a retired Marine Corps colonel, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Illinois. He is survived by wife Mary, son Robert, daughters Kathy and Karen, brother Kurt, sister Anne Salkenberg and six grandchildren. Private services.
