69Robert Ruliph Morgan Jr., 88, of Kailua-Kona, an EEMCO electrical engineer, died at home. He was born in Los Angeles. He is survived by wife Patricia, son Robert, daughters Maryann Morgan and Debbie Kloes, and five grandchildren. Services to be held at a later date.
