Thomas Loubet "Luby" Sheldon, 74, of Wailua, Kauai, a retired Kauai Police Department sergeant and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Kealia, Kauai. He is survived by brothers Henry K. and Richard, sister Joyanne Dilwith and companion Winona. Visitation: 9 a.m. Nov. 1 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lihue chapel. Services: 10 a.m.
