Charlotte Louise Pay, 77, of Lahaina, Maui, a homemaker, died in Lahaina. She was born in Scranton, Penn. She is survived by husband Tony, sons Tom and Eric Bedlington, daughter Colleen Parker, brothers Larue and Duane Garey, and sister Fay Vergalito.
