He is survived by wife, Veronica Tabigne; son, Rudy (Carina) Tabigne; daughters, Tessie Dela Cruz, Trini (Emmanuel) Ipalari; 14 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren. Visitation 9:30 a.m., Wednesday (Oct. 29) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary (20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu). Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. Committal Service to follow 2:00 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual Attire.
