81Evelyn Lee Nelson Louis Azcarate, 85, of Reno, Nev., a retired nurse, died in Reno. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Alfred, Louie and Kevin; daughter Eileen; brothers Arthur, Thomas, Kenneth, Raymond and James; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Nov. 9 at St. Louis Alumni Clubhouse, Honolulu, 916 Coolidge St. Aloha attire. No flowers.
