He is survived by wife Rosalie L.; son Joseph; daughters Sammilyn Nihipali and Jaclyn Peahi; parents Gladys and Hans Mocksing; brother Zachary Kanda; sisters Geraldine Hauki, Wanda Kabutan, Roxanne Abe and Hazel Ellis; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Nov. 8 at Moanalua Mortuary. Casual attire. No flowers.
