75Francisco Popa, 71, of Waianae, a mechanic, died in Waianae. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Lorna; sons Frank Hilongo, Ernest Mancao and Chief and Cliff Popa; daughter Christy Simmons; brother Constantino; sisters Debbie Souza, Maggie Sarte, Annette Takahashi and Jean Bradshaw; 12 grandchildren; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
