Blake Susumu Mitani, 92, of Honolulu, a retired warehouse supervisor at Hickam Air Force Base and an Army veteran who served in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, Company H, during World War II, died in Aloha Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Craig H. and Colin, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
