81Robert Willard "Bob" Finn Sr., 79, of Kailua-Kona, an Olin Corp. engineer, died in Life Care Center of Kona. He was born in Yakima, Wash. He is survived by wife Charlotte Richards-Finn, son Robert W. Jr., daughter Virginia Dunham, stepsons Kirk and Ross Gray, stepdaughter Carman Gray, sister Eileen Hedlund and two step-grandchildren.
