Feliciano Matias Rafael, 84, of Honolulu died in Honolulu. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Maria, daughter Felmar Pope, sons Willie and Jerry, brother Emilio, sister Nicolasa Pascual, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
