81Manuel Galiza Visaya, 91, of Honolulu, a retired carpenter, died in Honolulu. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Mary A.; daughters Gloria L. Reynon, Marilyn G. and Adela J. Visaya, Vicky V. Dumayag and Mildred V. Toledo; son Eloy J.; stepdaughter Jean C. Lagua; sister Celerina Ramelb; 15 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
